Welcome to IAMday.org. By accessing or using our website, store, content, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using IAMday.org, you agree to our terms: All content is for inspiration and educational use only. You’re welcome to share it non-commercially with credit. Be respectful in all community interactions. We may send IAM Day updates if you subscribe — unsubscribe anytime. IAMday.org is not liable for results or linked content.

1. Purpose of IAMday.org

IAMday.org exists to support and promote the International Awakening Movement (IAM) Day. Our content is designed to inspire personal growth, share affirmations, and build a conscious global community.

2. Use of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, affirmations, downloads, and event materials — is the property of IAMday.org and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

Share or repost IAM Day content for non-commercial, inspirational, or educational purposes, as long as you credit IAMday.org.
Not copy, modify, sell, or distribute our content for commercial gain without written permission.

3. Community Guidelines

We welcome open, respectful engagement. By using our site or participating in any IAM Day-related events or forums, you agree to:

Be respectful and kind in all communications.
Avoid spam, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with IAMday.org.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content or access that violates these guidelines.

4. Email & Communication

If you sign up for updates, we may send you emails about IAM Day, related events, affirmations, or consciousness-raising content. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We will never share or sell your email address or personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Store Terms

5.1 Fulfillment

All store orders are fulfilled by Printful, Inc. (“Printful”), a third-party print-on-demand and order fulfillment provider. By placing an order through the IAMday.org store, you acknowledge and agree that:

Product creation, packaging, and shipping are performed by Printful.
Order fulfillment is subject to Printful’s current production timelines and inventory availability.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Full payment is required before an order is processed and sent for fulfillment.
Accepted payment methods are as shown at checkout.

5.3 Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
IAMday.org is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage occurring after the order has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping is available only to the destinations offered at checkout.

5.4 Lost in Transit

If an order does not arrive:

Customers must first verify the tracking information provided, including checking with neighbours or the local post office.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted to info@iamday.org within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date.
IAMday.org will coordinate with Printful and the shipping carrier to confirm whether the order is lost.
If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued at no cost to the customer.

5.5 Returns and Replacements

Due to the made-to-order nature of products, IAMday.org does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
IAMday.org through Printful will replace or refund any item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, provided the customer notifies info@iamday.org within thirty (30) days of delivery and supplies photographic evidence of the defect or error.
Certain products may be non-returnable under all circumstances, such as digital downloads.

5.6 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

5.7 Data Processing

Customer information necessary for order fulfillment is shared with Printful in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Printful’s Data Processing Terms. By placing an order, you consent to such processing.

6. Third-Party Links

IAMday.org may include links to other websites or platforms (e.g., Insight Timer, YouTube, Spotify). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

IAMday.org provides content and products for informational and inspirational purposes only. We make no guarantees about results from applying affirmations, using products, or participating in IAM Day. You agree to use the site, store, and products at your own discretion and risk.
