30 Days to IAMday

A hundred years ago, in 1925, a woman in New York quietly placed her words into the world. Florence Scovel Shinn self-published The Game of Life and How to Play It. She could not have known how many lives those simple teachings would touch, nor how they would ripple forward through generations.

One hundred years later, on her birthday — September 24th — the world will pause. This day is called IAMday.

It is not another event to add to your calendar. It is a remembering. A chance to breathe. To awaken. To feel real again.

A Circle of Voices

Over these past weeks, we have gathered voices into the IAMday Collaborators Circle — teachers, guides, and friends who carry their own seeds of awakening:

  • davidji invites us into awakening your best version.

  • Jen Wheaton reminds us that in stillness and silence, communication becomes an instrument of peace and kindness.

  • Karl Dunn speaks of undividing — finding wholeness where we once saw separation.

  • Ada and Natan of Wakes offer sound as medicine, showing that the right vibration at the right moment can open a door within.

  • Jessica Amos brings presence into the everyday, reminding us that practice is not apart from life — it is life.

  • Dr. Femke E. Bakker carries selfgentleness and embodiment, inviting us to come home to the body with compassion.

  • Joe Nichols reflects on paradox and joy, asking us to find light even in contradiction.

Each voice is like a star in a constellation. Together, they form the sky of IAMday.

The Threshold We Stand On

Summer is winding down. The equinox is approaching. A new season waits to begin.
IAMday arrives at this hinge point — a natural pause before the year closes.

Thirty days may feel like a blink. But a single pause can open a lifetime.
